Operis Property Services was formed to provide a reliable, planned, reactive and adhoc property maintenance to some of Great Britain’s premiere companies and Residential Properties in the SW of England.

Vacant or Void property refurbishment.
Planned building repairs and cyclical maintenance for multi or block property ownerships.

- All quotations are provided free of charge. At OPS we have differing rates, individually tailored for our varied clients, as not all require the same level of service. Our rates start from as little as £15 per hour
